put an ad in the free places on the web {like craigslist type things] for long human hair wanted. i know it sounds kinda weird but if you put in something about doll making and if you can offer to buy it, i bet some people would do it, like if their planning on cutting their hair short or something. good luck, i guess that is kind of a tough question.
