I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN. i have tried to achieve this many times, but failed. one day i did it with the average hairspray, gel, and glue, and i brought a sandbucket full of water in my bag. Whenever i felt my hair drying, I just went to the bathroom and dunked my head in it, then i swould just keep doing that all day long until i got an pneamonia or however you spell pneumonia. i think thats it. anywhoo, i did that, got 143 compliments and went home and ate a bologna and cheese with extra pickles extra mustard extra onion extra fat sandwich. and then i flew to maine.
